Rev Graeme Blackwell, our new vicar led his first Sunday worship service at Shred on Sunday 9th August. This was an all Benefice Holy Communion service which was well attended. The Sunday @ Shred children and the Toddler group took part in the service. Graeme’s first sermon to us as a Benefice will shortly be available on the website to read.
Afterwards we all joined in a bring your own picnic time. Many of us also enjoyed the shared cakes on offer plus the Scones, Jam and Cream prepared by Shred. People sat inside and out, with the younger families in the field next door. Graeme was able to circulate and meet his new parishioners!
